EGCC is led by a volunteer Board of Directors that oversees the Policy of our centre. Our dedicated and
valuable Board Members meet monthly or more when required and develops our policy and procedures
in the best interest of this centre.
In 2019 our Board of Director’s participated in the Manitoba Child Care Association’s/ Early Learning and
Child Care’s joint initiative Board Governance Training. All members have received a certificate of
successful completion. In addition a Board Governance Manual was created to help guide the centre of
the responsibilities, duties and liabilities of Boards.
